Um, and I believe for the court's record that the case this case has actually come into compliance, and we're putting into entering into our record the affidavit of compliance.

Um now we since you did have a um order uh an administrative order filed in this one, we're just requesting that um advise that the case has been has been come into compliance, but that it is a if it another one comes up, it's gonna be a repeat violator.

Is this the one where there were two houses side by side and no, this is the one on Venice Avenue where it was we had it back, I believe in March.

The um homeowner uh had I believe it was uh David, I'll let you put it.

It was trash and pavers.

I find that respondent is compliant with the administrative order entered on March 6, 2025, 2025.

Respondent has put on notice that future violations of chapter 34, section 34-81 of the City Code of Ordinances will cause the respondent to be deemed a repeat violator and subject to a fine of $500 per day for each new violation beginning on the day the violation occurred.

Um this one in this matter the uh violation was uh corrected and the case the operator owner became into compliance prior to today's hearing.

So we're we're just wanting to put it on the record that that's that's the case.

All right, then based on the sworn testimony evidence presented, I find the respondent corrected the violation prior to the hearing and is a is compliant with the city code.

And that takes us to the final matter, citation number 0841, Peter M.

Uh finally, Daniel Daniel P.

Um this one was set for an appeal of a co of a uh parking citation, however, the respondent uh actually has paid the fine, but he we are just wanting an order to the effect that we are refunding the 25 appeal fee.

Then based on the sworn testimony and the evidence presented, I find the respondent paid the fine prior to the hearing and has withdrawn his contest of the citation.

The $25 appeal filing fee shall be refunded to the respondent.

I thought we had another matter that was coming up.

That gentleman that I mentioned who had the two the two houses side by side and just had to get a permit.
