Okay, I'm gonna start testing for the captionings. Um, I'm gonna pull up teams. Let me just find something to read. Um quasi judicial hearing a lot of times. Public comment residents, property owners or business owners are given five minutes. Designated representatives are given ten minutes. Note if more than 12 members of the public have signed up to speak by vote of the majority of council members present. The amount of time allotted may be reduced to no less than three minutes. Staff applicants and affected parties presentiation times are presentations 25 minutes, cross examinations five minutes per witness, redirective witnesses are two minutes per witness, rebuttal or final notes are 10 minutes, rebuttal cross examination are three minutes per witness, rebuttal redirect of witnesses two minutes per witnesses.
