So she broke through my back window, climbed in, and I got in trouble for it for the weekend, I guess, until we had a court date.

And was that the uh earlier one or the later one?

Uh both pertaining to about the same thing.

Uh that was a long ordeal that never went away, really.

So those were altercations that should uh I don't believe I should have gone away for, but I was the one who got taken in for the day.

Um what steps have you taken so that that won't happen again?

Um, if you could maybe address what your establishment is doing to make sure that we aren't serving underage people.

Uh so I not any excuse by any means.

I was like 10 months pregnant at the time that it happened.

It was uh undercover sting.

I was actually telling one of my coworkers about how I had not served somebody the night before because they had avoided ID as I was uh serving the police, and um I I am very usually very religious about checking everybody's IDs, so uh it was very nice to know that Brooke in her bar has a ID scanner and has also on the weekends uh bouncers at the doors checking IDs as well.

So uh but I check usually I've been bartending for nine years.

This was uh huge for me.

I was like, oh my god, no.

Excellent.

Um yeah, it sounds like that's something that you haven't paid attention to, so thank you.

I appreciate that.

And Brooke, can you maybe go into a little bit more detail about the steps that the bar takes as well?

Yeah, so we have actual scanners, like their iPads, they hold memory, it's great.

Um so on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, there are people posted at the door that I pay to scan for the bartenders, so we don't even have to worry about it.

They're the front and the back, and then during the week we have one plugged in right behind the bar, and it makes it so easy.

You just scan the barcode, everything pops up, and also if we've ever had incidents with the people, when you scan their ID, I'm able to like make notes on them.

So it pops right up with their ID.

So yeah.

Excellent.

So I I take that to mean that you're both confident that this will not be an issue in the future.

So that will be that fee is always uh taken in after the approval of the license.

Otherwise, they just pay the minimum uh fifty-one dollar fee.

This business uh does have um so Lubana Inc.

is the the LLC.

Um they do have another license currently uh at their gas station.

This is a separate premises same corporation that is applying for the tiki bar reserve.
