    • Request to replace the flat roof with TPO membrane (white) and repair the concrete cap. The building (1885, Romanesque Revival) is non-contributing due to significant facade alterations. Roof is not visible from street. Applicant: Samiya Pickens, proposed buyer. The commission approved the COA unanimously.

  • COA – 323 McCall Street (McCall Street Historic District)

    • Request to tuck point the foundation (original stone, 1885 Queen Anne house). The owners had received the John Shank Award earlier in 2026. They will use tan-colored lime mortar to match existing profile. An add-on of $250 for a breathable silicone sealer was discussed. The commission approved the COA unanimously.

  • Paint and Repair Grant – 323 McCall Street

    • Project cost: $2,150 (including $250 sealer). Grant: 15% = $322.50. Approved unanimously.
