Service Awards (Item 4a): John Van Dyck was recognized for 10 years of service as a meter technician and metering supervisor. Joe Farley, Director of Electric Utilities, was recognized for 25 years of service.
Water and Wastewater Master Plan Update (Item 8a): The board postponed adoption until the August meeting to allow members to review the 460-page document.
