Weatherford City Council Regular Meeting – October 14, 2025

Zoning Amendment & Conditional Use Permit (Ordinance O2025-45): After a public hearing with no speakers, the council approved a zoning map amendment from AG Agriculture to C1 General Commercial with a Conditional Use Permit for a contractor office/facility with outdoor storage at 200 Otto Drive (1.632 acres). Conditions require construction to begin within 8 months and a certificate of occupancy within 20 months. The applicant, Robert Stuckey, confirmed readiness.
