Welcome Wayne Garrett as a new member to the board. And I know he's he's got a long history in Weatherford and with city government, so welcome Wayne. Our first uh agenda item is item two, appointments two A, discuss and consider the appointment of a chair and vice chair. Andrea, you want to talk about that? Sure. Um, our last chair, uh Brian McCowan resigned from the board back in January. So now that we have a full full membership, um, just you guys can discuss amongst yourself. And um, you're currently the vice chair, obviously. If you want to stay up that that if that's your your pleasure, you can obviously say, but it's chair and vice chair just in case the appointments change. Well, with that in mind, I would nominate Dr. Joshua Tarbay to be chairman. Have any discussion on that? I would second your nomination if that's what also think Dr. Tart may be really good. He has experience in that report. Yeah. Um yeah, no, as far as the discussion goes, I would be honored to do it as long as nobody else on the board had any any desire or any feelings towards it. I would like to offer it, of course, to of course to Mr. Hinton serving as the vice chair. I I would, you know, as long as that's something you're okay with as well. Totally good with that, and I do not mind staying on as vice chair. So uh Andrew. Currently, as it stands, Andrea, I didn't hear that discussion, but we will need a motion and a vote on that. Yes, okay. Yes, sir. So I will motion to uh for Dr. Tarbay to be chairman, and can I motion for myself to be vice chair? So I'll do that as well. And I would second that motion. Sorry, okay. Uh, we're gonna move on now uh to item three A. This is the approval of the minutes. We're gonna consider approval of the minutes for the planning and zoning commission held February 11th, 2026. This is the regular agenda items. We have one on the docket. This is to hold a public hearing to review a request by Praben KC for a conditional use permit for a liquor store greater than 5,000 square feet use on an approximate point 309 acre track being generally located at 1015 North Main Street, City of Weatherford, Parker County, Texas, CUP 26-02. Sir Jim. Thank you, Chairman. Commission, uh, this is a conditional use permit for Liquormart for a liquor store greater than 5,000 square feet. The current zoning for this lot is C One General Commercial. The uh general plan is community commercial, and the proposed use fits both the zoning and the general plan.
