Welcome to the Weatherford Economic Development Board meeting scheduled for October 30th, 2026. We'll call the meeting to order and announce a quorum present with all members here today. Let's see. We will move to approval of the minutes. Item number two, consider approval of the minutes of the Weatherford Economic Development Board, held August 7th, 2026. Can we resubmit those motions and seconds? Motion made by Mr. Ken Davis for acceptance. Seconded by Chandler Lacefield. Motion passes, and those minutes have been accepted. Moving on to item number three, executive session items. Item 3A, Section 551.087 deliveration regarding economic development negotiations project horseshoe. We'll be having our meetings held outside of these chambers. It is 8.02 and we will recess and meet back in this room upon conclusion. All right, it is 928. We will reconvene from executive section. Move on to item four, which is action on executive session items. Or is there anybody who would like to take action on what was presented this morning? I do. I move to recommend approval of the proposed economic development incentive package for Project Horseshoe consistent with the terms presented and authorize staff to finalize the agreement for consideration by city council. Motion on the floor made by Chandler Glazefield and seconded by Ken Davis. We'll vote. And that motion passes unanimously. With that, we will move on to item number five, citizen comments on non-agenda items.
