Following the invocation, we will have the Pledge of Allegiance, and we ask that you please stand for both. We also lift up to you, our police chief, Joseph Sullivan and our police officers, firefighters, and other frontline workers and their families as they put their own lives on the line to help keep our city safe. As we move closer to the month, where we express our love for one another. Let us remember the families directly affected by the freeze and child care and family assistance grants in California, Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota, and New York. Let his love be in our hearts for our most vulnerable citizens, our seniors, the Wichita's children's home, and the homeless in our communities.
