But with that, we have a quorum, so we will begin this meeting.

We have a consent agenda C1, approval of the minutes.

C2 is a resolution authorizing the city manager to apply for a grant from the land and water conservation fund for the replacement of Lions Bridge in Greenfield Park.

C three is a resolution approving contracts for the Wilmington Urban Area Metropolitan Planning Organization on Call Transportation Planning Services.

C4 is a resolution declaring certain vehicles and equipment and surplus property to be sold as at electronic auction.

C five is a resolution approving amendment to the rules of procedure for the Wilmington Planning Commission.

C six is a resolution authorizing city manager to execute a contract change order in the amount of 3 million 50,000 with Highland Paving Company LLC of favorable North Carolina for the 2025 annual needs roadway maintenance contract.

C7 is a resolution authorizing city manager to enter into task order number seven with GFT infrastructure incorporating the amount of 550,831 dollars for construction engineering and inspection services for the Hooker Road M UP Hidden Avenue, Hidden Avenue M UP and the Riceville Avenue, Greenville Avenue Intersection Improvements.

PH1 is an ordinance directing the housing inspector to vacate close and repair the dwelling at 401 North Kerr Avenue is unfit for human habitation pursuant to Article 5, Chapter 16 of the City Code and directing that a notice be placed there on prohibiting its use or occupancy.

PH2 is an ordinance directing the housing inspector to vacate closed and repair or demolish the dwelling at 1308 South 7th Street as unfit for human habit human habitation pursuant to Article 5, Chapter 16 of the City Code and directing that a notice be placed there on prohibiting its use or occupancy.

Ordinances 01 is an ordinance making supplemental appropriation in the amount of $5,300 of the special purpose fund for the Cape Fear Garden Club Incorporated grant to construct a vegetable garden at Maids Park.

O2 is an ordinance reducing the speed limit from 35 miles per hour to 25 miles per hour along White Oak Drive and Birch Court.

O3A is a resolution officially accepting public streets at Pacific Place and Woodlands Crove.

And then O3B is the ordinance establishing the speed limit of 25 miles per hour within the Pacific Place and Woodlands Grove neighborhoods along Arona Way, Mirage Way, Congregree Way, Court, Deviske Drive, McCarley Boulevard, Eider Lane, and Plover Court.

And then O4A is an ordinance appropriating 1,320,000 to the Pine Grove and Greenville Loop Road Roundabout Project.

And then 04B is the resolution authorizing the city manager to enter to an agreement with Duke Energy in the amount of $1,502,103 to relocate existing utilities in conflict with the proposed Pine Grove South Corridor Improvements.

And then 04C is a resolution authorized city attorney to file condemnation actions for the Pine Grove South Intersection Improvements Project.

Resolutions R1 is a resolution to execute a registry agreement with the North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources to further protect and preserve a portion of the natural area known as South Wilmington Sand Hills located within Halliburton Park.

And then R2 is a resolution amending Wilmington City Council's rules of order related to ordinance approval and setting of council's consent agenda.

I'd like to go back to the resolution regarding the sand hills.

I'm kind of familiar with all that area in there because I'm in it a lot.

Was it was it was it under some kind of threat of being used or I mean what was the problem with it?

No, not at all, sir.

Um it is really a promotional tool for the park and for Wilmington to be included in the registry by the state.

So we'll use it in that manner, but no, there was no threat.

It just further um expresses the city and council's intention to preserve that open space.
