Whereas the Board of Commissioners has approved a two percent across the board pay increase for all employees in the fiscal year 2027 budget. Now therefore, be it ordained as follows. Section one, the attached pay classification plan reflecting a two percent pay increase is hereby adopted, and section two. The adjusted pay classification plan is attached here too and is made a part of here of as though copied at length herein. Section three. And an ordinance amending ordinance number 14-2025 with respect to certain appropriations in the city of Winchester, Kentucky, fiscal year 2026 budget. This is an ordinance amending the city of Winchester annual budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1st, 2025 and ending June 30th, 2026. Ordinance number 14-2025 shall remain unchanged except as follows. Estimated revenue changed from 27,815.
