4:03Heavenly Father, thank you so much for the opportunity to do the town's business.
4:17Well whether that be just the utilities to fire EMS to the police, administration, everything in between.
4:25But now tonight being the commission for the make major decisions that impact every department, uh the lives of not only the employees, but also the lives of people that live in this great city.
4:46How as Solomon of the old testament asked for wisdom, I desperately need that myself.
4:52And Lord, he could have asked for wealth, but instead he didn't.
4:56And because he asked for your wisdom, you gave him both wisdom and wealth.
5:02And so God, we ask that these commission members, the mayor, and all the staff would seek your face and say, God, give us wisdom as we read this city.
5:12And uh Lord, we know wisdom begins with what?
5:15Fear the Lord is the beginning of Wisconsin.
5:17God being blessed in all that is going to be done tonight.
5:21Certain Lord, it is a tremendous time to honor and recognize those that are being promoted.

7:06The city desires to promote and carry out public safety efforts on behalf of the citizens of Winchester Clark County by supporting the grant program of 2026.
7:17The city has applied for a COPS hiring grant to hire one new officer.
7:22The city recognizes the grant program of 2026 funding available to the city for the purposes stated herein, pursuant to KRS 147A.150 to 147a.166 impose certain obligations and responsibilities.
7:42The city shall file a satisfactory application and submit to CED for approval.
7:48The city is properly registered to do business within the Commonwealth, and the city shall be obligated in connection with receiving the grant program of 2026 funds for the purpose stated above.

26:17Anytime you see a politician talk about I'm I'm going to build affordable housing, go to your television and take a sharpie and write four across the chest because they have no idea that a two by four that used to be a dollar ninety-seven cents is now five dollars.
26:41They they had the habitat houses that we are going to that are going to be built on Lincoln Street, the two bedroom, one bath house.
27:06All right, you're not supposed to be talking about Lincoln Street.

27:14But but anybody that says affordable housing has no right, Chris.
27:23We can build that same house for about 80, 90,000.
27:33COVID affordable housing could be built.
