Plus, I live there and I walk there just about every day.

Uh we haven't come up with anything yet, but I hope we do because I don't see as busy as that park is all year and as busy it is during the summer months with soccer, with daycares, with families, with walkers, with dog walkers, with people rehabbing from hip and knee injuries and stuff like that.
