Commissioner Robert Ferguson was absent. Staff present: Jackie Kleedy and Dwayne Dolan. The meeting covered approval of draft minutes, selection of a physical art site in Washington Park, approval of an on-site art proposal for Storehouse Lofts, and budget approval for the Washington Park public art project.
