• November 19, 2025 meeting minutes unanimously approved.

Action Items

• Treasurer’s Report: Larry presented a budget balance of $1,680.51 after the water bottle filling station purchase ($2,896.34) and AECW website expenses ($196.18). Motion to accept the report passed unanimously. A budget for FY2026-27 must be created and submitted by May 2026, based on a probable amount of $5,000.
• ECC Reappointments: Larry Grilli, Shannon Weil, and Cynci Calvin were reappointed to the Endurance Capital Committee for two-year terms covering 2026 and 2027. The appointments were unanimously approved.

Informational Items

• 2026 Past Events: ECC's presence at the January 1 Resolution Run was cancelled due to rain.
• 2026 Coming Events: Cynci suggested ECC attend the Formidable Trail Races on February 21. She will check with Joyce Miller to organize. The Canyons Races are on April 24–25. Shannon noted ECC will support WSER lottery ticket sales at a nearby tent.
• Swag Update: Cynci presented ideas for luggage tags, key chains, and stickers. Stickers would be given to WSER Training Weekend participants. Bob's idea for "Welcome" window decals for local businesses was discussed. Alice advised against using decals as a fundraiser; instead, ECC should purchase them and present them to Downtown Old Town and Highway 49 businesses as a goodwill gesture and publicity. Bob and the committee agreed. Cynci will work on wording and cost.
• Water Bottle Filling Station: Cynci followed up with Mengil. He had thought ECC was responsible for installation but now understands it is not. Installation is expected by early spring.
• Cycling Report: Bob reported that Kelly Davis and the Sierra Foothills Cycling Club are working with Auburn Trails Alliance on activities for May is Bike Month.
• Water Sports: No new representative has been found.
• Tevis & Trail Projects: No updates due to weather.
• Website: Darci reported a new video could liven up the site. Bob mentioned Larry Merlot (an SFCC member) may be interested in helping.
• Facebook: A post about Ann Trason's induction into the USATF Pacific Hall of Fame was very popular.
• Roundtable Discussion: Larry suggested revisiting the Brick Pillar update, though budget restrictions might interfere.

Key Outcomes

• All motions passed unanimously.
• Next meeting scheduled for Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 6:00 pm.
