Um this is a closed session that we'll be going into, but before we go into closed session, um I'd like to see if we have any public comment. Oh, we could call it's called the roll. Oh roll call, please. Okay. Sorry. Um councilmember Kessarwani is absent. Councilmember Taplan is absent, and Councilmember Bartlett is absent. Uh Councilmember Trego? Present. Present. Luna Para. Here. Humbert. Present. And acting Mayor Wengraff. Present. Okay. Okay then. Um at this time. Is there any public comment in the room on matters on the agenda? And I can read off what the what the uh matters are. Uh anticipated litigation pursuant to government code sections 549-56.9 and 549-56.9 D2 and E3. Conference with legal counsel, anticipated litigation pursuant to government code sections 549-56.9 and 549-56.9 D2, and conference with real property negotiators pursuant to government code section 54956.8 I don't see any um public comment in the room.
