So we will turn to Mr. Brown for any director's report. The only question I had, Mr. Brown, was for any just slight clarification on how the CRA participates potentially in this development plan. With regard to how the CRA would participate in the development of the government campus, portions of the land to be redeveloped are within the community redevelopment area and would be eligible for funding from the tax increment that we create we uh earn in the downtown.
