Ms. Siddons, please call the roll. Chair Wigter. Here. Vice Chair Thompson. Still here, thankfully. Commissioner Drucker. Here. Commissioner Nakos? Here. Commissioner Singer. Here. All present. Very good. Thank you, Mr. Brown. Are there any amendments to the agenda? No amendments this morning. Thank you. Thank you. Are there any corrections to the minutes? If not, I'll entertain a motion to approve them. So moved. Second. Very well. All in favor? Aye. Very good. There are no presentations today, nor are there any quasi judicial related public hearings. So now we will turn to public requests. Anyone wishing to speak can come to the floor, state their name and address. They'll have up to three minutes. Seeing no one, we will close the time for public requests and moves on to regular resolutions and public hearings for which there are none, nor are there any is there any other business to consider. So we will turn to Mr. Brown for any director's report. The only question I had, Mr. Brown, was for any just slight clarification on how the CRA participates potentially in this development plan. With regard to how the CRA would participate in the development of the government campus, portions of the land to be redeveloped are within the community redevelopment area and would be eligible for funding from the tax increment that we create we uh earn in the downtown. So that some of the infrastructure or other costs could be will likely be funded from the TIFF. A lot more to look into, right? Yes. Obviously. Thank you. Thank you. Anything else, Mr.
