Good afternoon, everybody. This is your book of Raton Community Redevelopment Agency. We're here for a regular meeting. The date is Monday, August twenty fourth, twenty twenty six. The time is now 134 in the PM. First thing we'll do is pledge our allegiance. So if everybody could please rise. If you could please do the roll. Chair Thompson. I'm thankful to be here. Vice Chair Drucker here. Commissioner Grow. Here. Commissioner Perlman. Commissioner Sippel. Present. All present. Very good. Thank you, everyone. Mr. Director, do we have any amendments to our agenda today? Thank you, Mr. Chair. There are no amendments to the agenda. Very good. That may means we can move on to our minutes. I believe we have one set our minutes from the regular meeting of July 27th, 2026. Are there any revisions or corrections to those minutes? If not, I'll entertain a motion and a second to approve them as presented. So moved. Thank you, Ms. Drucker. Second. Thank you, Ms. Sippel. All those in favor of approval of the minutes, please say aye. Aye. Aye. Right. Thank you. Eyes have it. We have no presentations today. We have no quasi-judicial or related public hearings. We also have no resolutions in regular public hearings on our CRA agenda, so we can move to public requests. If you all, anyone in the audience has something they'd like to be heard on relating to our downtown area, the community redevelopment agency area. The time is now yours. Please step to the podium, state your name and address, and you will have up to three minutes. Moving on to other business and settlements, we have none. Mr. Kaler, do you have an attorney's report?
