- Vote Two – Conveyance to 8789 Mountain Ave LLC (94 Willow Street, Dorchester): Min Wynn, MOH Project Manager, presented a request for approval to convey a vacant parcel (94 Willow Street) to 8789 Mountain Ave LLC for $55,100. The purchase price exceeded the appraised value of $47,000. The city conducted a public process including a community notification in December 2025, a meeting with the Woodrow Avenue Neighborhood Association in November 2025, and an RFP issued on January 23, 2026. One eligible proposal was received. The developer will use the parcel as additional yard space and maintain landscaping, subject to an open space restriction. The parcel had been in MOH inventory for 48 years. Commissioners had no questions and approved the motion.
- Vote Three – Extension of Tentative Developer Designation for People’s Academy Inc. (436 Warren Street, 7-9 Quincy Street, 20-22 Glenburn Street, Roxbury): Tierra Satchel, MOH Development Officer, requested a six-month extension (from 72 to 78 months total) of the tentative developer designation for People’s Academy Inc. The project consists of a mixed-use building with approximately 14,000 square feet of institutional space (workshop, machine shop, classrooms, etc.), residential units for pre-apprenticeship students, and about 2,000 square feet of leasable commercial space. The developer designation was originally approved in September 2020 and has been extended multiple times. Commissioners expressed concern about the six-year duration but acknowledged progress and approved the extension unanimously.

Sorry, I'll start over again. For the Mayor's Office of Housing, we have Paula Pelletierazina, Director of Operations. And which has three votes on the agenda for today, but only two will be heard as they as they have asked for vote one regarding the ground lease uh to the United States Coastal Uh service uh for an unnumbered railroad street in West Roxbury to be tabled until further notice. Therefore, I will read uh the remaining uh two votes on the agenda, votes two and three, um, which will be followed by a presentation by the name individual, and at the conclusion of which the commission may make a motion to take a vote via roll call.
