Yeah, I mean, I don't know why this is the continuance of the discussion we recently had related to Keith Field and the access and the pathway and the parking lot.

So I'm not sure where we want to start.

So what board would like to speak, say those comments or if the um Scott would like to can we go first?

I'll start with the select board one.

Maybe we just wrap up as it stands now because the public, not all the public may know of um about the letter Mass Gott's letter or even the recreation committee's recommendation.

So perhaps we can start there with Mass God's letter.

And that's just the summit above it.

Um, I think you've met our team before, James David, and candidate, uh Cape Cod Project Manager on Louisa Kywski from SEOT Mega Projects Delivery.

Um, thank you for having us back.

This has been a really uh productive series of conversations, and I think we're getting to where we all want to be able to help move the project forward and address uh the town's uh desires and concerns around Keith Field.

So after our last meeting uh that we had with you, we reflected on the comments that we heard from you.

We heard from select board members, uh from town administrator, from the police chief, and from members of the recreation committee, as well as local residents.

And as we reflected on it, we we heard pretty overwhelming concern about our proposal uh to replace the informal parking at Keith Field with formal parking across the street.

So we decided that rather than try to um keep taking at windmills that we would simply withdraw uh that proposal so that we could focus on solutions that worked for the town and for us.

So we we hope that was received in the uh spirit in which we intended it to take off the table anything that caused concern on the part of the town so that we could move the project forward.

Um we have two hopes for today.

Um is we want to uh get some agreement in principle on the link itself and so we're now service code.

And um we want to roll up our sleeves and continue to work with the town.

We heard some uh Marlene was kind enough to share the letter from the recreation committee.

Uh we saw a lot that we really liked and we thought that we could work with on that.

That's a slightly longer uh period of time to work out the details, but we thought in concept there was uh a lot of positive suggested constructive um constructive uh additions to the conversation.

And we thought this is exactly what we talked about last time.
