Presentation summarizing the projects and funds spent to date of proposition six of the twenty eighteen general application bond. Good evening, Chair, Vice Chair members. I'm Patrick Wilson, Stormwater Division Manager of the Engineering and Construction Department for the City of Broken Earth. Um if you could go ahead and put up that uh PDF that is in the so what we're looking at is we're going to do a funding as to what has been allocated as a whole. So this is what the DAC has recommended to council, and then what council has approved the recommendation on now you see Adams Creek, HP Creek and Elm Creek, they've got zero funds left. That means we have allocated all the funds. All the funds have not been spent, they've been all allocated. So I'm right now in the process of doing some closeouts on some different projects, and I'm also coordinating with our finance department to make sure that my numbers and their numbers match. So I've asked finance to do an audit of what where we're at to make sure. Um just so that the committee is aware, every item that is presented tonight will fall within these net uh numbers.
