I I wanted to mention some sad nude, and that was last month the passing of Joe Robson. And I Joe Robson, I I intentionally waited to say something under the economic development authority because he and his family have been instrumental in so many different ways in the development of our our communities. He will be missed and his loss is significant for our community. And uh just wanted to pay respects to him and his family for all that he did for our community. Thank you.
