Okay, we'll call this meeting uh of the Broken Arrows uh Board of Adjustment meeting to order and we are calling to order at 506 roll call please Michelle Bergwall George Jesquire here Kamara Washington Rebecca Hinkle Judd Hatch here okay we are needing to review and approve our minutes from the prior meeting in January is there any questions on make a motion and we approve the minutes from January? Second George Jesquire? Yes, Kamara Washington, yes, Judd Hatch. Yes. Okay. I would go ahead and read the item and ask if there's any conflicts of interest or any recusals, abstentions. Okay. We are uh to the public hearing portion of the meeting um here to hear for a uh 26-254. Are there any uh recusals or abstains here this evening? Yes, okay. I would move to continue this to the next meeting if you don't have to, but that would be my recommendation. Okay, okay, because we don't have um our full board here this evening. I think that would be a good idea that we move move the public hearing item uh to our next scheduled meeting. I second it. Yeah. Sorry. If that was a motion, I'll make it. Yes, yes, that was a notion George Jessquire, yes, Kamara Washington, yes, Judd Hatch. Yes. Okay. That concludes our public portion public hearing. Uh we will hear that in March. Next item is general board business is election of a chairperson for this next coming year. I I move to continue the judge as the chairperson. Second George Jesquire. Yes. Kamara Washington? Yes. So be it. Any uh other remarks, comments. Only to state that the reason I had to recuse is because I know the owner of the property. And so I could not and good conscious vote on that. Sure. Okay.
