Broken Arrow Economic Development Authority Meeting
Date: Tuesday, February 17, 2026 – meeting convened following the City Council and Municipal Authority meetings, starting at approximately 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, 220 S. 1st Street, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
The Broken Arrow Economic Development Authority (BAEDA) met for a regular business meeting. All five trustees were present: Chairperson Debra Wimpee, Vice Chairman Johnnie Parks, Trustee Lisa Ford, Trustee Justin Green, and Trustee David Pickel. The meeting was brief, lasting only a few minutes, and consisted of approval of the consent agenda and brief remarks by board members and staff.

No general authority business. Any remarks by governing body members. I just have one. I'll guess yeah, it can be considered a remark. Eventually I would like to request uh an update on some of our projects. I know we've we've had uh some folks in before who gave us updates on where we are on some of our development projects, and if we can get some additional updates, that would be great. I know at one point in time we talked about monthly or quarterly updates, and I think we're probably about that time. Yeah, be glad to put that together. Okay. Uh just one thing, madam chair, members of the authority is uh March 4th in the evening and the fifth is BA day at the Capitol. Uh the chamber is sponsoring that. I know uh many of you are attending, and I'm looking forward for us to be with our our legislators for uh the day just to talk about all things what is important to broken arrows. So I appreciate your time if you're able to make it. So that's all I have. All right, there's no executive session. Motion to adjourn. Second. I get to go home and take NyQuil a little earlier.
