- Item B (Case 26-002): Consideration to approve additional funds for design of drainage improvements from 3729 South 195th East Avenue. Staff explained that $35,000 was previously approved, but the actual contract was $42,755, requiring an additional approval. The design is 98% complete. The committee voted to recommend approval of the additional funds.
- Item C (Case 26-003): Consideration to finalize plans and fund construction of a weir structure at Adams Creek Reserve F and possible storm sewer improvements on East Seattle Court. Staff detailed that the city-owned detention pond may not be functioning as designed, and the work would benefit downstream properties. The committee voted to recommend approval.
- Item D (Case 26-004): Consideration to reallocate $25,000 from design to construction funds for drainage improvements in South Fork Estates. The developer had already paid for the design. Staff and a property owner expressed support. The committee voted to recommend approval.
