Um, this is withdrawal variants, V AR dash zero zero two six six seven, twenty twenty-five, two oh two Elgin apartments. Approximately four acres in the downtown residential overlay district five, located one half mile north of Houston Street. One half mile west of ninth street. For this case, the applicant has requested that V AR dash zero zero two six six seven uh dash twenty twenty-five be withdrawn. Okay. Yeah, there's still a call. Yeah. Okay. Um item four B. Good evening. Uh P of uh zero zero two seven five one dash two zero two six um is a zoning violation. Uh Z O N zero two five three four zero dash two zero two five for DMB processing. Two point eight acres zoned industrial light. Site is located one third mile west of Evans Road, one half mile north of New Orleans Street. Uh came to staff's attention that um noticing went out, but the actual notice sign that goes on the property was put in the wrong location.
