Um before you deny it's a resolution that's actually creating a separate fund to actually put all of the life ride funds that we receive into there.

Um we believe that uh basically as you know we have well over 40 funds uh for the city uh since the inception of the program.

The funds uh were put in with the general fund and through the uh the budget and accounting process they were distributed um accordingly.

But after looking at at all of our funds, we feel that it would be best to create the fund to actually move those funds in there for full transparency.
