All right. We have a motion and a second. We had a roll call vote, please. Mindy Payne, yes. Robert Gorenson? Yes. Jalie Clempa. Yes. Jonathan Townsend? Yes. Jason Cohen. Yes, and item four D will go before uh city council on August eighteenth, as well as item E. Uh number five, consideration of items removed from consensus agenda. We have none. Public hearings, we have none. Appeals, we have none. General Commission business, we have none. Remarks, inquiries, comments from the planning commission. I should have gotten uh from staff or just the planning commission. Neither. Either. Uh you should have gotten notification that uh we're having a retirement party for for Hod tomorrow from uh three thirty to five-ish, five thirty-ish. Um at the senior center. So he wanted to make sure you all knew about it. So we wish him the best in his retirement. But you know, once he retires, you know he's gonna be sitting at the phone waiting for anybody to call for y'all to call. He is continuing part time as a volunteer to help with the downtown master plan. Cool. Oh, he wants to see that project for.
