I just wanted to mention just a quick update regarding the amphitheater, the uh region bank epithet.

Is the council members have I've shared this with you, and that is we are now in the process to where we are transitioning from construction to operations.

Uh venue team has selected Legends Global as to be the operator for the venue.

We've had multiple meetings, albeit on on teams or in person, to begin the process of actually making that trend transition.

Uh they are started the hiring of the staff for the facility.

And I but the I call it the the Stevens boys, actually, also known as Norm and Travis.

They're the ones that are actually spearheading the um and ensuring that all the action steps.

There's gonna be many, many more meetings that are going to be happening, but it's great to see that we're actually making that transition.

And right now we're hopefully looking at a temporary CEO sometime later this year.

But I really would like to get the council members out there to take a tour sometime in October approximately to take a look at what's going on.

Uh I I believe those the the wind walls are putting up and the technology they're adding to it is is going to be a game changer.

I was on the phone yesterday for for quite a while with the city manager of McKinney, Texas, talking about their construction of their venue, and they're still about eight or nine months approximately behind opening when we should be opening.

And so it's great to see that we're moving out of the complete construction phase into uh operational phase, which means we're not that far away from from having concerts.
