And I'm excited to bring you this item tonight for requesting award of the lowest responsible bid to Crossland Heavy and asking for uh authorization to execute the construction contract with them.

So this is for our RMUA Hickey Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Biosolids Project, which we've given a lot of presentations and updates on over the years.

I think it's been at least five or six years, and so we're very excited to finally get this going into construction.

Um so I we have a long construction time on it, um, lots of work to do on it, but it'll finally let our plant that we share with Tulsa stand independently because we currently have to take the sledge to one of Tulsa's plants, and so we're excited for this.

Yes, so the um total bid is the uh 48 million one hundred and ninety-nine thousand.

We were a little bit nervous just because it is such a big project, and um, with the USDA grant, brought in some of the like federal requirements that we had to do with um the buy America build America stuff, and um, yeah, we were really pleased with the number that we got, and we think Crossland will do a great job with it.

It's uh 730 days for construction.

Um we I per the grant have to be online, I think within three years to start producing fertilizer.

Um, and so we should be well ahead of that, put in some extra time just in case the first probably six months to a year of it will just be a lot of approving submittals and ordering the equipment and all of that, but um yeah, we think this should be adequate in the couple of years timeline.
