Good evening, Madam Chair, Vice Chair, Trustees, General Manager. I'm Emily Rowland. I'm our environmental division manager. And I'm excited to bring you this item tonight for requesting award of the lowest responsible bid to Crossland Heavy and asking for uh authorization to execute the construction contract with them. So this is for our RMUA Hickey Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Biosolids Project, which we've given a lot of presentations and updates on over the years. I think it's been at least five or six years, and so we're very excited to finally get this going into construction. Um so I we have a long construction time on it, um, lots of work to do on it, but it'll finally let our plant that we share with Tulsa stand independently because we currently have to take the sledge to one of Tulsa's plants, and so we're excited for this. So I am happy to answer any questions you guys have. Is this our uh funding all of this or is it land with Tulsa? Yes, so the um total bid is the uh 48 million one hundred and ninety-nine thousand. Um and we're splitting that 5050 with Tulsa. We do have that USDA grant, which is for 9.6 million, um, which is also shared between us and Tulsa. So 9.6 takes it down to the 38 million 599,000, and then that split 5050. So the 19 million two hundred and ninety-nine thousand five hundred is our I just want to know if you knew all those numbers. I know, I was having to read off of it.
