And then before we do the role, I should say ask uh our city clerk to call the to uh take attendance so we know what's going on. Mr. Mayor, six council members are present this evening. Holly Tilton Byrne is joining via phone. All right. Please call the roll. Avery. Hi. Doran. Hi. Meyer. Hi. Specker. Hi. Tilton Byrne. Hi. Wendell. Hi. Okay. So we're going to start these interviews right away. And our first group up is the Woods Fuller Schultz and Schmidt Law Firm. Please come forward. I should say that the council will be asking questions, and uh you guys have a presentation for 20 minutes, and then we ask questions for 30 minutes, and then thank you for for coming, and then uh later on both of you be up here and the public will have an opportunity to ask questions then. Sounds great. Okay. Um do we have uh a PowerPoint to turn on here? Okay. All right. Uh thank you for having us here today. Uh we appreciate the opportunity to present our proposal to you for legal services for the city attorney position. I'm Vince Jones. Uh I'm with the Woods Fuller Law Office and out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I have with me here today Susan Rasmussen. Um Susan has been working on municipal matters with me for some time. And with that, we will jump right in here. A couple of photos of us. Um not with us today, but uh we thought it was important to represent them on this slide as they will be part of our supporting cast, is James Moore, and he's on the top left of the right side there, the three pictures. Uh James wanted to be here today. He was here for the earlier interview. Um, unfortunately, he is at the law school today giving a presentation on eminent domain. So he sends his regards. Uh James is a senior litigator in our firm.
