Being that we do not have a quorum for this meeting, we will get through some general business, but we'll not have the ability to vote.

So I am going to skip over items two and three, which are the approval of the minutes from August and October's meetings.

As far as the chair's report is concerned, very short and sweet for today, but I just want to thank everyone for their participation in the fall housing workshop and for your participation as far as uh Miss Beth Daly and Tanisha Taylor for moderating the panels that we had.

Uh from people that were in attendance and people that have watched uh online uh the streaming uh of that workshop.

Uh it seems like all around that the uh the word got out and uh was very well uh received.

Does anybody have anything uh that they would like to present as far as uh feedback that they maybe have heard or their experience with the workshop?

I did on at the workshop get positive feedback.

I also brought the note cards.

Uh my note was mentioned that we would get we would follow up with some of the contacts, so I did bring those with me today as well.

Uh I would say let's get those to Sue before we leave here today, so that way we can get uh those questions answered from anybody who did have questions that weren't answered from the stage on that day.

Um that being said, I'll pass it over to Darby for the director's report.

I just wanted to um add that the live stream recording is available on the housing council website.

And so um and also Walter Duke with the keynote speaker asked me to post his slides.

Those are available.

And Keith is in the process of putting together a photo gallery that we'll be able to link up to showing um different photos from that.

And I brought some leftover or extra folders or information packets if you weren't able to attend.

They're down there at the end of the table.

Yeah, and I'll just I'll just wrap it up by saying uh I I do believe it was a really successful event.

I wanted to thank everybody who helped put it together and who participated in that event.

Um and and I'll just kind of close on a little bit of bummer news.

So we're we are not unaffected from the government shutdown.

And so one of the things that we're experiencing currently at the county level is we we're gonna have a bit of a delay in terms of doing our action plan for the homes funding.
