Indivisible deliberate justice for all. Since this is a public commission hearing, anybody would like to make any comments on anything you might have to say that is not on tonight's agenda. You're welcome to step forward. Please state your name for the record and tell us what you have in mind. Good evening, Commissioners. My name is Eva Genevis. And I'm here tonight representing the historical society, which is our museum. We're having our annual fundraiser for Thanksgiving. It's the candid honey baked hams. And we also have turkeys. Again, that's 928-234-4807. Now we will be picking up the hams. My husband happens to be the driver in uh Las Vegas and delivering them to Susanna's house on eleven twenty-five. And that's I think that's two days. That's a Tuesday before Thanksgiving. So you have to pick them, and you need to pick them up by by 630 to eight between 630 and 830. And again, it's a fundraiser for our museum. So we hope everybody will buy a delicious honey baked ham. Thank you. Anyone else? If not, I'll close the call to the public. Amendment number one. Request for conditional use permit five years to allow the use of an off-premise sign in a C2 General Commercial Zoning District on a parcel of land located at 2603 Desert Trail Drive, as described as tract C of Laughlin Ranch Unit 2, tracked 5127, Section 8, Township 20 North, Range 21 West, Bullhead City, Arizona. There is this storage facility at 2725 Desert Trail Drive that is far back enough from the parkway that it's not visible.
