5:10

Uh we did have a tournament last weekend, and I was told by the tournament director that um the teams really enjoy coming out to Volhead City to play because of our fields.

5:19

And that of course makes me happy to hear that our fields are something teams look forward to coming back to each weekend.

5:25

5:28

The next few weeks are going to be busy with events happening throughout our community, and it is exciting to see everything we have been working for on coming to life.

5:36

We will kick things off with Oktoberfest, hosted by the Bullhead City Chamber of Commerce at Community Park on September 26th.

5:43

That is just the beginning of everything that is coming our way this fall.

5:46

The following weekend, you will start seeing that beautiful banner along the highway announcing the much anticipated return of the Bullhead City Farmers Market.

5:54

Our first market of the season is the haunted market, and we are already excited to are already excited about it.

6:00

Right now we have more than 65 vendors along with live music, food trucks, and bounce houses for the kids.

6:06

It is going to be a great way to kick off another season and bring our community together.

6:11

By the middle of October, you will start seeing those hay bales along the highway and a haunted house being built with the Kiwanis Club getting ready for Cornfest.

6:19

It is always fun watching everything come together and seeing the parks transform for these events.

And while all of the bigger events are happening, recreation is still finding ways to bring our community together with some of our smaller events.
