But um that had me thinking, I went looking, and uh apparently Bullhead City does have an according to the internet and God does have a rule that you know we can have all these people talking, and it's okay for state representatives and everybody else to come up here, but that's only gonna allow 10 people to talk three minutes at a time.

And there's a lot of times there's a lot more organizations here to talk, and so that gets a little smaller and smaller for each individual person.

But that's okay because apparently there isn't a thing, it's called the overflow rule.
