2A1 authorizing a contract for professional services with Zol Medical Corporation for the purchase of one Zole cardiac monitor to be used by the CAR by the Casper Fire EMS Department.

2A2 authorizing contract amendment two between the Wyoming Office of Homeland Security and the Fire Casper Fire EMS Department.

And 2A3, a resolution rescinding and replacing resolution 25-159 and approving contingent upon voter approval as provided in Wyoming State Statute Section 15 9217B, an annual assessment of 16 mills against the assessed value of real property within the downtown development district, excluding real property used exclusively for residential purposes.

Uh, I had the opportunity to join a couple city staff not present uh at the ribbon cutting ceremony at the science zone for their how people make things in ocean bound exhibits that they uh did on Friday.

They have done a ton of renovation at the museum, and it's been more than a if it if it's been more than a month since you've been, you definitely need to go.

You won't recognize it at all.

Lots of cool exhibits.

Uh and uh again, would highly recommend you go over there.

Today is Stephen Schnell's last day as their executive director.

He's led the museum for 11 years and very thankful for all of his contributions in his family.

I had a great opportunity for him to be the executive director of the Museum of Discovery in Little Rock, Arkansas.

So uh that's the direction he's heading closer to family.

Uh but very sad to see him go.

Um passion for educating our community's children.

He was very much a Bill Nye kind of he was able to make it entertaining and interactive for the kids, and so uh big loss, but great opportunity for him.

So thanks, Steven, and uh good luck in Little Rough.
