The Chapel Hill Debt Program Board held its first business meeting since January due to previous quorum issues. The board approved funding for multiple applicants, discussed a potential change in meeting time, and reviewed budget balances. All decisions were made unanimously unless noted.
The board adjourned after completing the agenda.
All right, so we got plenty of quorum now. Thanks everyone for being here. We'll go ahead and get started. Maybe a couple of people join us a little late, having some technical issues, but since we're at 11.04 now, go ahead and get started. Thank you all for everyone who responded back to my email earlier this month or late last month. Really just want to make sure this program is going or efficiently and productively. And you know, we missed a couple of meetings. So our last actual business meeting was in January. So I want to make sure that we're on top of these things. Um just wanted to get also feedback from you all as well. And sounds like a very committed board. Um just making sure we come to meetings and address the business we have. There was a couple of inquiries about um possibly changing the meeting time. So I wanted to propose up to you all and see what people's thoughts are. I know having 10 to 12 people, it's kind of hard to change schedules based on everyone's kind of um schedules already set. But if anyone people are interested in doing so, I'm happy to talk about that further. Um I just want to get some input now and then maybe after the meeting, if people are interested in doing so, I can circulate some sort of uh form or poll to figure out a more mutual um time. No telling saying we have to change, but I just want to put it out there to see if people think up think about that. I'm not opposed to looking at it at least to see if there are better times. Um it won't hurt to look. I know from my perspective, I'd like for it to be maybe Tuesday or Wednesday if that's possible because Mondays are so busy for us down here. Okay. Uh Tuesdays or Wednesdays, how do people schedules look? You know, I can put out a poll later. I just want to know what kind of days you are looking at. Tuesdays would be better for me too. Tuesdays would. I'm more flexible on Tuesdays than Wednesdays. Flexible on Tuesdays. What about Tuesday afternoons? Arguable schedule like that looking. I could do that. Yeah, I think for me, Mitch. What time on Tuesday afternoon? Oh, that's rough. Maybe like 2 p.m. or so. What do people will think? I couldn't do it, Dan. No. I couldn't. What's what's the latest you could? Um maybe one. 1 p.m. afternoons. But I couldn't do it on a Wednesday. If we're doing if we're looking at um afternoon on a Tuesday, I could do that, but not after one o'clock. Okay. And this is the same, would be the same week? The third week.
