I think um just because Mike is new, and um maybe Josh, if you could just explain the purpose of us um approving uh minor subdivisions for Mike and for everybody's benefit, so that um we can understand the context.

Um this project was before you in June for your approval for the minor subdivision.

Um it was approved, and after the approval, the applicant decided to shift the lot line slightly.

Um so no major changes to the plat except for the lot line changes that would require your approval.

So that's why we decided to put it on the consent agenda because you've already approved it once.
