And the Chapel Hill Historic District Principle Design Principles and Standards, which sets forth standards for changes in the historic districts and the rules of procedure adopted by the Chapel Hill Historic District Commission, as well as the significance reports from all three historic districts and photographs.

The site is in the Cameron-Macaulay Historic District, at the corner of Columbia Street and Cameron Avenue.
