Meeting Transcript
If it's okay, I'm gonna call the meeting to order. I think we have everyone here. Uh the first order of duty is roll call. So just tell me you're here when I call your name. Uh Josh. Here. Laura Moore. Here. Uh me here. Uh Brian Daniels. Here. Glenn, are you here? All right. There you go. And then is there anything that we need to hear from the secretary? Um no, I think we can skip the secretary and the uh public charge today. Excellent. Love that. So uh approval of the agenda. Is that approval of this agenda? Uh so are there any changement changes or adjustments we need to know about Anna Scott? No, that is the approval for this agenda, and I don't have any changes. Okay. Can I get a motion to approve the agenda? So move. Second. Second. Okay, we have a motion of a second. All in favor, say aye. Aye. All opposed. Okay. There you go. Just want to make it official, sorry. Um, I'm assuming there are no announcements or petitions. So that takes us right to the consent agenda, which is 11 Ridge Lane for uh COA placard. It's 118 Millet Street, um, which is a written decision in 214 Macaulay Street, which is a COA placard. Is there anything that we need to know about those, Anna Scott? Nope. Uh the materials should have been in the agenda packet that was sent. So uh we just need a motion to approve the consent agenda items unless there's some discussion. I move that we approve the consent agenda items as outlined in the agenda. Okay. I second. Okay, you can uh you can determine who who who beat who for the second. So all the all in favor of this motion say aye. Aye. All opposed. Okay. Um Scott, is that truly all there is to this meeting?
