The Chapel Hill Community Design Commission met virtually on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 5:31 PM. The meeting focused on approving minutes from previous months and electing new leadership for a two-year term. Outgoing Chair Heather Washburn and member Annie made farewell remarks.
Um it's 531, and um I'm Heather Washburn, the chair, and we're gonna start the meeting, um, and we'll start with uh roll call. Um Patrick Brennan. Um Patrick, I saw you up here, but I'm here, Heather, sorry, I'm here. Okay, thanks. And then uh uh John Biggs here, um Kelsey. In here, uh Jim Farron. President Annie here, uh Kim Andrews. Let's see. Kim, I see you, but I don't see you. I don't know. There I am. Okay, I got to know. Got to know. Okay, and again, I'm Heather Washburn, and I'm here too. Um so we're gonna go through the approval of agenda. Um, did anybody have any questions on the agenda tonight? It's gonna be the approval of the past minutes. Um, hopefully everybody's read those, and then the main part of this is gonna be um figuring out who the new chair is gonna be. Um and talk through chair, co-chair, and I don't uh think that anybody has come up as to be rotating on thus far. So those are the two items. Okay. Any questions?
