All right,

Speaker 4

2:53

Chairman, thank you.

2:54

Um, nothing significant to report, just wanted to uh provide just some uh a couple statistics regarding uh 2025.

3:03

Um just some numbers on our our internal investigations in 2025.

Unassigned speaker

3:07

We uh had a total of 66 internal investigations, um, slight upcre from the year prior in 2024 where we had 63.

Speaker 4

3:14

Um, but the our number of complaints end up remaining pretty consistent between the two years.

3:18

About halfway through the year there, we thought we were gonna blow that number out of the water, but once summer passed, everything kind of settled down, which uh we were certainly thankful for.

3:27

Um, of the uh last year of the complaints of the 66 complaints, we were able to complete 43 of them within the year.

3:34

Several of them are carryovers are still being worked on, as um, I believe the report you got end of the month shows uh which ones we still have open.

3:41

But um of those 13 cases, um a total of 23 violations were sustained.

3:48

Um our most prevalent sustained violation being our digital mobile video recording policy, so our in-car camera body worn cameras.

3:55

Um we had five of those um along with uh five performance of duty violations and then a few miscellaneous in there, but um by and large, as far as our sustained cases last year, um nothing crazy.

4:08

We sent um 34 cases to the ACC in 2025, which is an increase of one from the year prior, where we sent 33.
