A motion to conduct a closed meeting for discussion and consideration of prospective candidates for appointment, specifically for specifically regarding candidates for the vice mayor position as permitted by section two point two dash thirty seven eleven A one of the code of Virginia. Move approval. City Attorney Lenley, would you please provide the language for the certification of the closed meeting? A motion is certified that to the best of each member's knowledge, only public business matters lawfully exempted from open meeting requirements by Virginia Law were discussed, and only such public business matters as were identified in the motion convening the closed meeting were heard, discussed, or considered.
