Planning Commission pre-meeting for April 9th, 2025 is now in session.

Welcome to our pre-meeting tonight.

Everyone, thank you for taking part in the business of our city.

First order of business, as always, is our agenda overview discussion.

Tonight we have a total of two applications, of which zero are for continuance or withdrawal.

So first thing we're going to do is determine uh placement of these two applications on either the consent or regular agenda.

So we'll dive right in.

The first item is item one, glorious grooming.

Ms.

We've received no public comment, and I'm available for questions.

Next item, item two, capital improvement plan projects.

Curley, updates for us.

Staff line for the project supports goals and objectives contained in the 2035 conference plan.

And the proposed project is state consistently plan and required by two based on the following findings.

This month's summary of new applications in the pipeline includes five conditional use permits, two conditional use permits for cell towers, one PUD modification, one rezoning, and one subdivision variance.

That's quite a bit.

Uh one initiated resolution for amending the parking ordinance.
