Meeting Transcript
Planning Commission pre-meeting for April 9th, 2025 is now in session. Welcome to our pre-meeting tonight. Everyone, thank you for taking part in the business of our city. First order of business, as always, is our agenda overview discussion. Tonight we have a total of two applications, of which zero are for continuance or withdrawal. So first thing we're going to do is determine uh placement of these two applications on either the consent or regular agenda. So we'll dive right in. The first item is item one, glorious grooming. Ms. Neal, updates for us. Good evening, Mr. Chairman and Commissioners. At this time I have no updates. We've received no public comment, and I'm available for questions. Thank you, Ms. Neal. Commissioners, any conflicts with the application? Any questions for staff? Any discussion? Any objection to placing on the consent agenda? All right. Item one will be placed on the consent agenda. Next item, item two, capital improvement plan projects. Ms. Curley, updates for us. Staff line for the project supports goals and objectives contained in the 2035 conference plan. And the proposed project is state consistently plan and required by two based on the following findings. That's okay. Commissioners, uh any conflicts with the application? Any questions for staff? All right. Any discussion? Any objection to placing on the consent agenda? All right. Seeing none, item two will also be placed on the consent agenda. So as we might have suspected, the consent agenda consists of both items tonight. One and two. And we will not have a regular agenda as of now. All right. Next order of business is uh our planning commission committee reports, old business. Uh commissioners, any committee action, anything that needs to be reported here this evening. All right. So we will move right along. Next we have upcoming items. Ms. Neal, summary of new public hearing applications received. This month's summary of new applications in the pipeline includes five conditional use permits, two conditional use permits for cell towers, one PUD modification, one rezoning, and one subdivision variance. That's quite a bit. Yep, still here. Uh one initiated resolution for amending the parking ordinance.
