License currently held by Scooters Scoreboard Inc. I feel like this is a little deja vu. We were here once before, and uh I'm so happy that we're back again. Uh, we'll open this up to the public. Is there anybody here that wants to speak on this transfer a retail liquor license? Mr. Westby, welcome, sir. Thank you, Mr. Mayor, Council. Um, just want to start by saying thank you for um helping us with this process and timing. I know uh calling a special meeting to get under the wire is important uh for us, and so we appreciate the clerk's office and everything that they've done in uh Wranglin uh quorum to make this special meeting happen. And so, Mr. Mayor, uh in the finance committee um meeting, I kind of went through the history of where we were and uh where we are and we're looking to go. Uh, I don't want to belabor it again uh in this special meeting, but uh just uh would stand for any questions on what we're looking to do with it um and any further information you might need for us.
