Summary of Proceedings

Mr. Giroud (name inferred from mayor's response) raised concerns about water and the Ute pipeline, claiming the commission had 'bricked that pipeline and killed our city.' He also criticized the mayor's prayer as a violation of the law. He thanked Commissioner Megan for abstaining at a previous meeting but said she should have recused herself. He claimed to have solved the city's problems and asked for two years to implement the plan.
