The Clovis City Commission convened on June 4, 2026. The meeting opened with a prayer and the pledge of allegiance, followed by roll call, approval of the agenda, and approval of the minutes from May 21, 2026. The main items included presentations honoring military leaders and a proclamation for a community event, followed by the approval of a consent agenda.
The consent agenda contained five items, which were approved unanimously by a motion from Mayor Pro Tem Garza and a second from Commissioner Porter:
