It's 3 PM. Candice London. Vincent Sol. Here. Mayor Pro Tam Garza. Here. Commissioner Moore. Here. Commissioner Klein. Here. Commissioner Gherky. Here. Commissioner Martin. We have a quorum. Right next to our business is the approval of agenda. You have it all in front of you. Is there anybody or anything anybody would like to add? Second by Commissioner Moore. All those in favor? Aye. All those opposed. Next, the approval of minutes from May 13th, 2026. Does anybody have any changes or additions? I'll accept the motion for approval as is. So moved. Motion for approval by Commissioner Sol. Uh second by Commissioner Gherky. All those in favor? Aye. Same sign. New business number one. Request for approval of the replat of Overland Park Unit 1 block 6, Lot 1. A address 301 West Yano Estacata Boulevard, Clovis, New Mexico. Mr. Perkins. Yes, sir. On this one, they're looking to that. On this one, they're looking to uh separate one lot into two lots. Uh there is a requested change from the city that they uh seek a uh easement for the driveway. And uh Mr. Leidick is here to speak on any questions. Does anybody have any questions for Mr. Leidick? And Mr. Chairman, in regards to the easement itself, uh so right now that property has one driveway that goes on to Yano Estacado. Uh coming off of YANO, then it basically tees and can serve both lots. And not knowing whether or not uh the DOT would grant access to another driveway going on to Yano since that other one is in such close proximity and it has the ability to tee off to it. Uh we're just requesting uh that the applicant go ahead and add a uh joint use driveway easement over that uh so that whoever potentially purchases the adjacent parcel uh would have access to the property uh even if the DOT denied or did denied another access point going on to there. So uh even though that's not shown on the plat today, uh our recommendation is for you guys to go ahead and approve it uh and then we'll have uh Mr. Leidick make those changes uh and submit to us the revised plat prior to us taking it to the city commission for final approval.
