Alexius Hobbes, uh rank coordinator, we're will give us a little guidance on what we have and what we're dealing with. Good morning, Commissioners and Mayor Pro Tem. Thank you guys for being here in this morning and on the special commission meeting. Um we have our ICIP plan for the FY 2028. Um for and that's gonna be for the resolution that we are passing this morning. Um the most important top, I think we take top seven projects. Um we have the new Northeast Fire substation. That's gonna be $800,000 for 2028 for plan and design and four million in 2029 for construction. And then we have City of Clovis Llano Estacado Roadway improvements. Um so far we've already funded 500,000, 547,000 dollars, and we need 7 million to complete construction in 2028. And then we have uh Hillcrest Park Zoo improvements. Um since we have that master plan that's gonna be coming complete, 100,000 funded to date. Um we need $2 million and a million dollars afterwards for um completion of the improvements, and then the police department secured parking and storage. Um they're wanting a secure to secure the police department over on Connolly, and that's gonna be 400,000. Airport fixed-based operator expansion is gonna be $350,000, and then um continued park improvements.
