So we have had uh times that our park board, who is a four-member board, uh, we may not have a quorum.

And so with uh claims getting approved at those meetings, sometimes the meeting cannot occur on that week.

It may be delayed, which also delays payments, which brings you know into account there may be you know penalties, fees, things like that, and and an unhappy vendors when they're not uh able to receive their payment when they're expecting it.

Um so we would like to ask, we do know that there is one project, one of our nexus park projects that is uh already approved for the board of works to approve.

Um we would love to uh to have it where the board of works could um with parts representation if we do have a meeting that is delayed past our regular set meeting, or also uh in December.

So we meet earlier in the month, and then sometimes we have other claims that come in that we would love to have paid out at the end of that year.
